Write-In Invoice Links #300

If someone has a write in membership, it appears that they get an invoice that is not directly tied to the invoice to the membership that made the purchase (there's a comment with an invoice number), but not a link to click on)

For A13 This person has a $0 invoice for a AdultFull and in the comment it say "inv 9562"
