What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On advice of unplugging and re-plugging in Iphone, the software still
does not recognise that it is connected
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens at all, the Windows software recognises the Iphone (audible
beeps & launches photo recognition programme) but the iphonebrowser doesn't
even flinch....

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.81 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

I just finished the Sync with iTune, while it was syncing, I reinstalled
iPhoneBrowser and now it works !
I don't know what exactly fixed the issue.

the fix is just run Itunes first , you dont need to sync , just to show up in
itunes
, run Iphone browser (doesn't need reinstall) and it will show the directories.
