Whisker menu take some time to open when using Greybird theme #246

It's a strange bug, but I can only reproduce it when using the Greybird theme, when the theme is applied, whisker menu takes like a second to open (it seems irrelevant, but it is annoying since I use the super key to open it and then start to type to search for the application I want to use), when I try any other theme (tested Materia, Arc and Adwaita/Gnome) it opens instantaneously. The icon theme is the same and I'm using XFCE 4.12/4.13 in Xubuntu 19.04 and the bug is present on a fresh install since it's Xubuntu's default theme.

Strange, I have no idea what could cause this, but I guess I can reproduce the issue...

It really is weird. Did you manage to reproduce the issue?

FWIW I get a short delay with all themes (with Xfce 4.13 and openSUSE). But it's barely noticeable so not sure it is actually an issue.
