Add User endpoint #3

手始めにGET /api/user/currentを追加します。

エンドポイントをどんどん実装すると巨大になるのでリソースごとにモジュール切ることにした
既存のClient#loginをendpoint/sessionに移す
connectionをモジュールにしてヘッダ追加やエラーレスポンスの処理を任せる
- リクエスト・レスポンス処理のモジュール化は別PRでやる
