Add/new endpoints and update Metabase version #73

New endpoints:

Create a new card;
Fetch a collection;
Fetch a collection's items;
Create a new collection;
Fetch the dashboard;
Create a new dashboard;
Copy a dashboard;
Add a Card to a Dashboard;
Update Cards on a Dashboard;
Remove a DashboardCard from a Dashboard.

Hey @wantero . Any updates ? I wanted to make a full update of all endpoints (alerts, automagic, etc.) but useless if @shimoju isn't available for reviewing and merging. Did you contact him ?
