Changes done: adding previous pull request by @Ryan Knell to enable long SMS with characters longer than 160. updating Gradle version to 8.3 && Builder version to 8.0.2 to be compatible with Flutter ^3.13.3 ** adding namespace property in build.gradle => android => namespace
