Regarding pre-defined motifs #1

Hi,

I am interested to your amazing work presented in ICML 2024.

but when I look into the github, I cannot find any of pre-defined motif txt files.

Is there any way to generate or get the predefined txt file?

Hi sunset222, thanks for the issue! I added clearer README instructions with example annotations for HOPV and PTC. Let me know if you still have questions!
