Shinken localhost down #717

Hello,

I followed the instructions on https://www.instructables.com/id/Install-and-Setup-Shinken-Network-Monitor-on-Raspb/ and installed the Shinken on Raspbery Pi.

now when i login to the Shinken portal I get the error "You didn't define a WebUI module for saving user preferences like the MongoDB one. You won't be able to use this page!" and the localhost shows "down"

Can someone please help. this is the first time i am using the raspberry pi.

This message on the UI is not an error. It is only mto inform that no user preferences will be saved ...

If your localhost remains DOWN in the UI it is probably because it is really down ... are you sure that it got checked by Shinken ?

how can i confirm it is checked by Shinken? I noticed for a few seconds it was showing up and then it went down. tried restarting the service. it is still showing down.

Check what is in the Shinken log files. Are there any errors ? Whet did you defined in the configuration for checking the localhost ?
