"The mic is muted-The mic is on" repeatedly to any sound even if not Trigger Hotword. #131

Hi Shiva After several attempts I finally got a decent and stable install. Aside from not auto-reconnecting if I lose internet connection (not talking about auto-start on boot), the only problem I am having is this one: No matter what I'm playing on the speakers or in my system (video, music, or movie), at random intervals Google Assistant starts going nuts saying "The mic is muted. The mic is back on" back to back. It is being triggered by almost anything and everything randomly and it's getting very annoying and intrusive.

I should say that the pi is standalone and the sounds that trigger it are coming from my system PC- whether it's a movie, a speech, or music. Meaning that I have been playing music also that has NO talking or vocals and it has still been triggered- like acid jazz or trip-hop instrumental kinds of music. Not sure what parameter or some extra lines of codes we could inject- but I only want it to be triggered to 'Hey Google'. Also, I should say that I was able to implement the Snowboy custom trigger word and all this is working beautifully, except whenever it wants to get triggered without the Hotword like in the scenarios mentioned above. If everything is quiet, it does not get triggered by mistake, only with the Hotword. Any idea what could be causing this so I can check those things and try to find the solution with you? Any help would be kindly appreciated at this point- it's been doing it for weeks since I got it working, but now I'm losing my patience LOL
