Selecting Maariv does not advance date #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Maariv during the afternoon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the Hebrew date in the title bar to advance to the next day.  Instead, 
it stays the same.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
