Enable navigation via the AndDaaven icon on ICS #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into any tefilla
2. Tap the AndDaaven icon in the corner

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to return to the initial screen.  Instead nothing happens

What version of AndDaaven are you using? On what version of Android? On
what phone/device?
AndDaaven 0.2.22 with Android 4.0.4 on Nexus S.

Please provide any additional information below.
Beginning with ICS (API level 14), setHomeButtonEnabled(true) must be called to 
allow navigation via the icon.  (See 
http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/actionbar.html#Home)
