For those who have some trouble reading tefillot in Hebrew, having section 
names in English would be useful

I expect that it should be possible to put the section names in a resource file 
and so allow localization to any other non-Hebrew language.  When reading in 
the tefilla and preparing it, the section names would (optionally) be read out 
of the resources rather than the file itself.
