Compass that shows direction of Jerusalem #98

Many android devices nowadays sport electronic compass that might be used to 
show direction of Jerusalem.

The app is mostly used outdoors or in ad-hoc environment and these situations 
frequently lack clear information on which direction Jerusalem lies in.

It would be nice if the app can show the direction.

My main issue is that I'd need to access the location to determine the location 
of Jerusalem, which prevents rating the app in the Play market as applicable 
for everyone.  Perhaps a separate app that integrated into the UI?  (There is a 
similar concern for Zmanim requests.)
