Android Auto v7.x - Fermata Auto disappeared #146

Fermata Auto disappeared just after Android Auto was upgraded to v7.x. I was trying new install of Fermata Auto via AAAD but without success - Fermata Auto is still missing in Android Auto apps.

Fixed with Fermata Auto 1.8.8. Please update Fermata through AAAD.
