Issue to track the problems faced converting .NET Core console application to web application.

Adding bootstrap

tried nuget to add bootstrapper..but this adds to user profile and not recommended.
tried npm..but this adds so many extra files.
finally downloaded bootstrap and copied directly to wwwroot folder.

Serving Static Files

when added in _Layout page static files were not rendered..i had to use UseStaticFiles middleware on IApplicationBuider.
