What is the difference b/n the Quantile & Raw Quantile classifications?

The difference is this:

Quantile guarantees that observations with the same value are in the same class.

Raw Quantile guarantees that there are the same number of observations in each 
class.

Raw quantiles qualifies as unexpected behavior and should be eliminated. I'm 
adding
this to the planned 0.9 release and bumping up the priority.
