Broken installer in Windows 11 #156

All *msi versions of installer are broken in Windows 11. Everything ends with "BOSSA 1.9.1 Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error..." without any additional details.

Solved. Insider build locks driver installation during OS upgrade in the background, so the app installer stopped.
