In your case u have a lot of interferences (a lot of AP and clients in same or
close channel).
You'l have to return pin to previous one (one pin before 90% or first half of
pin-1).
Start reaver and try again if there is no radio interferences everithing will
be OK!

You should rename file "AP_MAC-old".wpc to "AP_MAC-new".wpc in path:
/usr/local/etc/reaver
And try again
