Replace Pycombat #44

Pycombat is deprecated, should be replaced with InMoose.

Pycombat is still popular even if deprecated. The solution here is not to limit choices but rather to add new choices for users. Thus, I'm closing this issue because we shouldn't be replacing pycombat and adding new batch correction methods should be a separate feature request.
