Update documentation for pnpm to npm

Description

I have update README.md and CONTRIBUTIONG.md file and make some work easy for developers to add their profile

Changes Proposed

If you are using react then use Vite. It is more faster than create-react-app. If you are thinking to migrate to to NextJS then don't need to do this.
