A crash happened when the user clicked 'plus' button on the top right corner of the register page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the main page or register page (the page where there is a list of Ibu).
  2. Click on the plus button on the top right corner of the register page.
  3. Filling in all information on the records.
  4. Click the cross button on the top left corner of the new client record page. It will lead you to the main/register page.
  5. Click the plus button again
  6. See error
