Problem Description

The Config Patches screen and flow could be improved:

instead use column headers of "Patch Scope", "Patch Name", "ID", "Description" Then just have one line per patch, with no option to collapse, like this:

When you click into an existing patch, it needs to show the existing patch scope, name and description. Right now those are not visible when looking at the patch. Ideally they would be editable, but they at least need to be visible.

for some reason the whole row links to the patch, except the patch id - even though the patch id has a mouse cursor that indicates it is a clickable link, but it isn't. It should be, like the rest of the row.

This should be fixed in the latest release

Maybe some kind of tree view will make more sense here
