Publish as deb #5

Would be great to have this published as deb, rpm and other formats so users on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and others can use this. Don't use other distros than Arch so can't really do this myself or test it, would appreciate help.

An deb package is now available for the latest release at https://github.com/sidevesh/Luminance/releases/download/1.0.1/luminance-1.0.1.deb

Would need someone using ubuntu or debian to test it out
