ISO seems to try to download a `ghcr.io/sidusIO/startingpoint:latest` instead of `sediment` #23

This seems to be caused by this release which was caused when I tried (but ultimately failed) to rebase the template branch on the same branch in the template repo.

It caused the release of an ISO on a commit before our renaming, which explains why the ISO points to the old name of the image.

Looks like we missed to change a startingpoint reference to sediment in boot_menu.yml under flavors. A fix is on the way in #24
