Snapshot of trusted-firmware-a (TFA) is no more accessible, so move to git usage.
Unable to fetch lts-v2.8.10 so, version updated to 2.9.0

Thanks for the build fix, but: A) Don't mix changes into a single commit. B) We chose LTS for a reason, see https://github.com/siemens/meta-iot2050/commit/c2ff5a8569a43c90df60338f9b095867fdb49dee. C) Let's just move to https://github.com/ARM-software/arm-trusted-firmware so that we can preserve tarball fetching.

Updated the changes with fetching the taball of version lts-v2.8.10 from arm-trusted-firmware . Please review the changes.
