New feature or functionality What would you like Signadot to do?

There are currently some metrics exported as shown here: https://www.signadot.com/docs/monitoring#controller-manager-metrics. The goal of this item is to add monitoring and provide signals about sandboxes, routegroups, etc via the metrics endpoints.
