[X] I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.
Overall summary
dear all, using the Signal app (on Android) I can select multiple messages and forward them from one user/chat to another user/chat. But then the messages appear in the new chat in random order: so it is quite difficult for the receiver to understand them. This happens particularly often when forwarding both text and images: on the receiving end the text comes before, and images are all at the bottom, regardless of the original order. This problem appears in Signal Desktop, and also in Signal Android app. a.
Steps to reproduce
1) go to any chat, where you have text and images, intertwined
2) select some text and images
3) forward to another chat
Expected result
the messages should be in the same order as in the original chat
Using a supported version?
