Fully update and modernize Mobile Wallet to React Native 0.71.1

Are you ready? This is a BIG PR that modernizes the current mobile wallet to be at the latest version and to follow the latest changes and upgrade that have been done from React Native and various libraries.

• Update React Native to v0.71.1
• Update various packages to their latest versions
• General TypeScript fixes since some rules changes from 3.9 to 4.8
• Change some package.json scripts to be simpler
• Remove old obsolete code like manually linked packages
• Refactor gradle build
• Refactor the XCode Project
  • This should make the app compilable on iOS again
• Use Hermes engine to speed up the app
• Replace obsolete and unused packages
• Replace specific app functions with new packages:
  • React Native Vision Camera for QR Code scanning
  • RN Markdown Package to render markdown
  • Gesture Handler for swipable items
  • Use extracted async storage and clipboard packages
• Use React Navigation v6 throughout
• Use default tsconfig, prettier and eslint rules
• Remove files that shouldn't be pushed e.g. Pods
• Auto fix eslint errors

I have kept them as seperate commits as I worked on them on the go. If necessary, they can be squashed into one commit.

Just to clarify here in the PR as well: This is because unfortunately the Pods folder was pushed at some point. The PR removes it which probably includes like 4000+ single files. If you look in the "Files changed" tab and close the Pods folder the directory list seems a lot more sane
