What steps will reproduce the problem?
run any query such as "select * from [tablename]" on table 
plusd.w_wavmgobifilpghe6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the resultset

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the default online bigquery interface

query on this table was working before. searching in the web, found a similar 
issue from another user that has been fixed:

Can you describe better how this table was created?

The underlying error related to storage issues, but the query succeeds now.
