DateTime Filters not appearing on Admin Panel for Django 3.9.5

I had a DateRangeFilterBuilder in my application's admin panel. The filter went missing all of a sudden. The issue is because of a recent change in this commit.

Basically in rangefilter/filters.py, it seems like the if condition for Django 4.0 is not correct. Instead of having:

if django.VERSION[:2] <= (4, 0):
            return "rangefilter/date_filter_4_0.html"

It should be

if django.VERSION[:2] >= (4, 0):
            return "rangefilter/date_filter_4_0.html"

Currently, it is returning html files for Django 4.0 even if the used Django version is 3.9 for example.

Version 3.9.5 does not exists

On 3.2.* everything is ok
