Do not automatically open the last opened project if an error occurred while opening the project #61

Currently, Cog automatically opens the last opened project. If an error occurred while opening the project, Cog should no longer attempt to automatically open the project on startup.

Cog already does not attempt to automatically open the last opened project if it is invalid.
