Parsing TFTP options #9

tftpgui implements the original TFTP protocol. It would be very nice if tftp 
could handle TFTP options, sich as "tsize" and "blksize".

In version 2, now handles the blksize - and negotiates up to a maximum of 4096 
bytes size.

Does not yet handle tsize.
