Actually uses proxies lmfao #18

this script doesn't effectively use proxies, so it results in sending the request with ur actual IP, which is why ur getting rate limited. I recommend u multithread this too so that its faster, as proxies take a long time. I fixed the proxy issue.

It always returns the same proxy ip for me ... maybe a bug ?
