Site Skeleton #1

This is really just the skeleton of the site. Should include the following:

New CodeIgniter instance setup.
Basic (empty) Views for each of the five main pages:
- Home
- Portfolio
- Sketchbook (might keep this hidden for now?)
- Artist Info
- Contact
Navigation menu
Header and Footer templates (doesn't have to be much at this point)
Menu template
Controller for basic navigation
