Rachel's large pull request #17

I (Rachel) am merging this large pull request. It is almost all my personal code updates in Users/Rachel. The things that may affect others are a few additions/changes to silverlab_vista_tools, like preprocessing scripts, as well as a few additions to mrvista_development. These are mostly corrections and additions to functionality for mrvista functions, but note all original mrvista functions are still in vistasoft.
