Requires https://github.com/silverstripe/recipe-core/pull/81 to be merged before CI will pass

This won't go green until the other recipe-core is tagged.... you can't do that using cow without also tagging this, which requires this to be merged in first, but it can't be merged because it's red. I think we'll have to tag recipe-core manually.
