extra -> installer-name not carried over #2

The generated composer config does not carry over the installer name, so the path where the module gets installed ends up being the package name. e.g.: silverstripe-omnipay, instead of just omnipay

Handy, I just stumbled upon this issue the other day wondering why my travis was failing. Think this solves that :+1:
