DAU hat die Möglichkeit auf freiwilliger Basis eine Bewertung zum erhaltenen Support abzugeben. Erstmal wird das nur "Konnte man mir helfen? -> Ja/Nein" sein. Diese Information wird auch bei SUP Profil aufgezählt.
