Hi, i wonder whether this program is running in a multi-thread model and how to set the number of thread used. Need i split the whole genome into defferent chromosome to promote the running efficiency?

I'm sorry, but CentIER doesn't support multi-threading. You might want to try splitting the genome instead. Actually, based on my experience, if the server resources are sufficient, CentIER doesn't seem to take too long time either.
