one possible solution is to provide a simple 1-5 rating for youtube results and any that get a 1 or 2 rating would trigger an email to admin to extend the filtering control on the youtube search. either that or a low rating would automatically filter out irrelevant parts of the title (but that seems impossible to do). To make the regex easier to manage, a table could be created with a black list of terms that would be excluded from a youtube search.
