Add basic statistics, PSDs, and glitches on subscans.

Addressed all above points except where noted. Also added new features:

CalcPsd with subscan=True now creates psd.Pxx_ss with a subscans axis and psd.Pxx from the mean of the subsans.
Added plots for signal and psd
