Automatic up and downgrade

[x] Build automatic up and downgrade detection
[x] Add up and downgrade notifications in Telegram
[ ] Make sure discounts are applied correctly
[ ] Show "excl. VAT" or show the amount including VAT
[ ] Add a text to downgrade from business to starter: "If you want to invite team member (where a Business plan is required), just let us know and we will upgrade you directly."
[ ] Check for more feedback in the Telegram Alerts channel
