Major changes to the Docker repository structure

Grouping images through folders (A single simplerisk/simplerisk-minimal and a folder for its specific image)
Build documentation for each of the image types
Creating a common folder to store content that will be used by all images

Plus the addition of some features:

For the simplerisk image, removed Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) image, replacing it with the newest Ubuntu Focal (20.04)
Updated images to use SimpleRisk release version 20201106-001
Created scripts to print Dockerfiles, to maintain a standard. Use ./generate-dockerfile.sh RELEASE_VERSION
Setting up checks with Dockle for all the generated images
