Magister taking down magister-openid #152

Hello everyone, I'm here to deliver some sad news. I got an email from Iddink asking for the removal of magister-openid, because of violation of tos. They will take legal action if I don't.

MagisterJS currently depends on magister-openid, but this will have to change. I can't remove the package from npm if it's a dependency.

I don't know if we can fix this, our options seem very limited :/

@lieuwex it has to be done before 21-02-2020 btw, otherwise they will legally pursue it xd. I really hope you read this before then :)
