DDMTD_OUT_Helper_CLK is a bad name because:

it suggests this is the helper clock output
it is not more related to the helper clock than the other DDMTD output DDMTD_OUT_CDR_CLK
OUT/IN terminology is ambiguous since what is an output for a component is an input for another

What about calling those signals DDMTD_MAIN_XO and DDMTD_REC_CLK?

Instead of OUT, one could use RESULT, but it makes the names a bit long.
