@gkasprow I don't see anything else. But it may make sense to have someone else do a thorough review. Also regarding BOM simplifications. And the FBH folks should sign off.

@gkasprow Could you upload PDFs for the current state (v1.0rc5 afaict)? There have been a bunch of changes since v1.0rc3.
