[x] Unconnected Enable to IC, IC2 and IC4
[x] missing 10nF on IC9 Vrefac
[x] Swapped polarity on FPGA_CLK1 and DAC_CLK
[x] Double pull-up on OSC_I2C
[x] R160 should be 200k
[x] DAC_SLEEP has Pu to 3.3v while signal is powered from Vadj
[x] IC25 wrong voltage divider
[x] I think buffers(IC3,IC5,IC7,IC10) should be powered from VADJ_BUF
