Update redirected links and remove dead links #1170

hi, in this list there is a lot of redirected links and lot of http://.

i fixed those up like i did in https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome/pull/2180 , https://github.com/troxler/awesome-css-frameworks/pull/66 , https://github.com/44bits/awesome-opensource-documents/pull/28 , https://github.com/academic/awesome-datascience/pull/320 , https://github.com/AchoArnold/discount-for-student-dev/pull/137 , https://github.com/adafruit/awesome-adafruitio/pull/5 and https://github.com/adafruit/awesome-circuitpython/pull/45. and i created a https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome-nodejs/issues/1169 where i listed dead links and weird redirects.

please check if my edit is ok or not. if you have any complain please let me know.
