Fleet numbers icons appearing offset from fleet/planet actual positions #507

It's tough to know how far "down" to place the number. The planet icon changes shape based on what view you are using and how habitable, populated, etc it is. It also changes based on zoom level.

Well either way the numbers for dschubba shouldn't be like 50 LY below the planet.
