Allow output spectra to be in angstroms #21

Added settings.angstroms (default 0). Setting it will change the wavelength units of spectra written to disk to angstroms. Microns are still used internally everywhere; now, when a file is read in, the units are checked and converted from angstroms to microns if necessary. Resolves #11.

Please run it on another data set before merging, in particular check the results of flame_checkdata
